Sample planning
Equipment fit, printed information, copy-through, adhesion or packing: decide what your team needs to evaluate, then collect the relevant product details.
A material photograph cannot establish printer compatibility or performance in your operation. A useful sample connects a named product specification with the actual equipment, document or package your team uses.
Start by describing whether you need to reproduce a current item, compare a replacement or evaluate a new custom format. Identify the question the sample needs to resolve and who will review it. Keep different equipment groups or constructions on separate enquiry lines.
Agree the sample scope, quantity, fees, freight, expected timing and any conditions for later order credit directly with CXPAPER before arranging it. Sampling terms depend on the request; no free sample, delivery date or credit is assumed by this form.

Photograph the printer model label, the current product and its packaging. Show a measuring tool beside the relevant dimension and label whether you measured the paper, the full roll or the core. A partly used roll does not establish the full-roll outside diameter.
For labels, include the surface they will be applied to and the intended environment. For multipart forms, show the sheet order and each copy’s role. For ribbon requirements, include the current ribbon reference, coated side and the paired label.

Record the sample, specification, artwork revision and equipment.
Use the intended workflow and an agreed method. Keep observations and dated examples.
List changes or open questions. Identify any revised sample separately.
Connect the accepted reference to the final specification, packing and order terms.
A satisfactory sample does not silently approve a later change in material, dimensions, artwork or packing. Record the final version explicitly, and agree any checks needed before dispatch. Use the checklist to separate what was observed from what was accepted.
