CXPAPER production footage: paper converting, printing and rewinding

Manufacturing & capabilities

Inside CXPAPER’s
paper converting operations.

CXPAPER’s Guangdong operations convert, print and pack thermal receipt rolls, labels and business paper. Follow the manufacturing process from the agreed specification and sample through slitting, rewinding, inspection and dispatch.

01 / Production scope

What needs to change between the material and the finished product?

Start with the item your team will receive and use. A receipt roll needs a complete wound specification; a printed form needs the correct layout and copy arrangement; a carton of office paper needs a defined sheet grade and count. The relevant process depends on that finished product. For a sourcing review, identify the material, converting and packing scope you need to discuss.

PROCESS 01

Material and order review

Identify the paper construction before production is planned. A receipt roll needs grade, grammage, width, outside diameter, core and length. A label also needs face material, adhesive requirement, liner and printing method. A reference sample helps resolve differences a product name cannot settle.

PROCESS 02

Slitting and rewinding

Wide paper is converted into the roll format required by the order. Working width, roll build, core and winding direction must suit the printer housing and spindle. Approve finished dimensions and the basis used to state length: two similar-looking rolls may contain different amounts of usable paper.

PROCESS 03

Printing

Review fixed artwork alongside product construction. Confirm print position, repeat length, direction and the area reserved for variable transaction data or barcodes. Front or reverse preprinting is selected to suit the agreed receipt-paper design.

PROCESS 04

Cutting and form layout

Sheet products and continuous forms need a different brief from rolls. State size, grammage and pack count. For forms, also define part count, colour sequence, perforations or tear-off edges and final layout. Use a representative form to evaluate feeding and copy legibility.

PROCESS 05

Packing and identification

Connect individual units, inner packs and cartons in the packing specification. Product references and carton marks should let the receiving team distinguish similar sizes or printed versions without opening every pack.

04 / The order handover

Keep one specification connected through the order.

Printed receipt samples / artwork examples

The company order flow runs from requirement discussion and sample confirmation to order confirmation, processing, inspection, packing and dispatch. Use each handover to resolve a different question.

01

Define

Identify the product, intended equipment and the known specification. List the details still to resolve.

02

Review

Connect the drawing, artwork and proposed sample to the same version. Record changes before confirming the order.

03

Confirm

Bring the final specification, quantity, packing, commercial terms and requested timing together.

04

Prepare for dispatch

Review the applicable checks, packing identification and shipment information against that order.

05 / Manufacturing

For repeat orders, identify what must stay the same.

Provide the previous product or order reference and the latest agreed specification. Mark changes to material, dimensions, artwork, quantity or packing explicitly. A familiar product name can conceal a new roll length, carton count or design revision. A distributor buying several formats should keep a separate specification and unit for each line.

06 / Plan a visit

Make a factory discussion specific to your product.

For a visit enquiry, share your company, product interest, proposed dates and the topics you want to review. The relevant location and appointment must be arranged before travel. For an initial remote discussion, a product drawing, current sample reference and packing brief make the conversation more useful.

BEFORE THE ORDER

Production questions

Is CXPAPER a manufacturer or a trading supplier?

CXPAPER combines paper manufacturing and trading supply. Its described converting activities include slitting, rewinding, printing and packing. Discuss the material and processing scope for the exact product you intend to buy.

Does a familiar roll size define the complete order?

No. Include the labelled width and outside diameter together with core construction, length, material and packing. Add winding or artwork requirements where relevant.

What should I provide for a repeat order?

Send the previous reference and current specification. Identify any changes to material, dimensions, artwork, quantities or packing so the new request can be reviewed on the same basis.

Can I arrange a factory visit?

Send your product focus, company and proposed dates. Confirm the location, access and appointment directly before making travel arrangements.

Are all materials and products manufactured in-house?

CXPAPER combines paper manufacturing with related product supply. The quotation should identify the processing and supply scope for the specific item; a broad catalog does not establish the production origin of every component.
