CXPAPER is the brand of Guangdong Chenxin Paper Co., Ltd., a paper manufacturer and supplier based in Guangdong, China. The company brings together product development, production and sales, with production bases in Huicheng District, Huizhou, and Lianping County, Heyuan. Thermal receipt paper and label paper are the core of the business.
The Chenxin story is rooted in more than 20 years of work with paper products. A receipt at a supermarket checkout, an order at a restaurant counter and a shipping label on a parcel each turn paper into useful information. CXPAPER develops the specification around that everyday job: the printer it must fit, the information it must carry and the way each order will be used.
CXPAPER serves brands, wholesalers, importers, distributors and retailers. The six product families cover thermal receipt rolls for POS and cash registers, label paper, A4 copy paper, continuous computer paper, carbonless NCR paper and thermal transfer ribbons. Manufacturing and traded supply are combined, with the production location and supply scope confirmed for each item.

What happens
on the factory floor.
A finished receipt roll looks simple. Producing it involves separate jobs: slitting the thermal paper to width, rewinding it onto a core, printing when specified, and packing the finished rolls. CXPAPER’s equipment includes thermal-paper slitting machines, rewinders, printing machines, paper cutters and self-adhesive laminating and coating equipment.
The work passes between the people preparing material, operating the machines, inspecting the output and packing the order. A width on the specification has to become a cut edge; an approved design has to become the print on the paper. The photographs here show Chenxin’s premises and workshop equipment, where those instructions become physical products.

the paper will be used.
OEM paper customization can begin with an existing roll, a reference sample or a specification. CXPAPER supports changes to dimensions, paper grade and grammage, printed artwork and packaging. For continuous forms, the discussion also includes the number of parts and the printed layout. Available combinations and order quantities depend on the product.
There is a practical reason to ask about use before discussing a new design. A receipt roll needs to fit its printer compartment as well as its print width. A label order needs the printer information, label format and the surface it will be applied to. For a distributor, the wrapper and carton count also affect how the product is sold and replenished.
Bring the details you already have, including anything that must stay unchanged. Then identify the changes: a different roll size, a logo on the paper, a new label layout or a private-label pack. Agreeing these together gives the sample a specific job: to show whether the proposed product meets the requirement.

CXPAPER’s order process runs from requirement review and sample confirmation through production, inspection, packing and dispatch. The inspection stages include incoming material, work in progress, finished goods and pre-shipment checks. The checks and documents needed for your item should be discussed with the quotation.
A sample also gives your own team something to use. Run the roll through the intended printer, check the printed information and examine the pack. For labels, review the sample on the intended surface and in the conditions of use. These checks help you assess the proposed material for your application; a photograph alone cannot do that.
When approving an order, keep the sample reference, dimensions, artwork version and packing requirements together. For a repeat order, identify any changes explicitly. If your market or application requires a test report, request it for the relevant material and product so its scope can be reviewed before purchase.
