Information in the enquiry form
The enquiry form asks for your email address, delivery country and product requirements. You may also provide your name, company, phone, destination, timing and project notes. CXPAPER uses these details to review and respond to your purchasing enquiry.
When you select Send enquiry, the website stores your requirements and contact information in a private WordPress enquiry record and sends an email notification to the CXPAPER sales team. A confirmation reference means the website has saved the enquiry; it does not confirm delivery of the email notification. Authorised website administrators can access the record.
Product brief stored on your device
The site saves only the product brief in browser local storage under cxpaper.product-brief.v2. It contains selected product families, equipment references, specifications, quantities, units and product notes. Contact fields are not saved in that storage. Avoid putting personal or confidential information in product notes.
The saved brief remains available in the same browser until you clear it or the browser removes site data. Use “Clear brief” in the enquiry drawer and confirm the action, or clear this site’s browser data. No fixed deletion period is promised.
WhatsApp and other external services
Only when you choose “Open WhatsApp” is the purchasing brief added to a WhatsApp link. Email and phone fields are not automatically included. Product notes and destination information are included, so review them before opening the link. For a long brief, the site asks you to copy the complete text and paste it into WhatsApp rather than silently shortening it.
WhatsApp operates its own service and privacy practices. Information you send there is handled through that service and your direct business communication with CXPAPER. A telephone link opens your device’s calling application.
Attachments, cookies and analytics
This site does not upload attachments. Drawings or photographs can be shared separately in your direct conversation. No analytics or advertising script is configured in the website code, and it does not set marketing cookies. The hosting and service providers may process connection information necessary to deliver their services; this page does not assign an unverified retention period to those systems.
Downloads and shared links
PDF and CSV worksheets are available without entering contact information. The guide’s copy-link control copies its canonical page address, without your enquiry details or filter parameters.
