Purchasing FAQ
Questions before
the first order.
Clear answers on specifications, custom requirements, samples and the information needed for a useful enquiry.
Company & supply.
Who is CXPAPER?
CXPAPER is the paper-supply brand of Guangdong Chenxin Paper Co., Ltd., located in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. The range includes thermal receipt rolls, label paper, A4 copy paper, continuous computer paper, carbonless NCR paper and thermal transfer ribbons.
Can I combine different paper products in one enquiry?
Yes. Add each family, size or construction as a separate requirement in the enquiry brief. Keep their quantities and units distinct, and describe any paired products such as a label and ribbon. Final order terms are reviewed against the complete requirement.
Specifications.
What if I do not know every dimension?
Provide the printer model, current product reference or application and select “Need help specifying”. Keep unknown measurements open for review. A guessed core diameter or paper length can lead to a quotation for the wrong construction.
Does a product image show the exact supplied specification?
Product images show appearance, not a complete order specification. Use the listing or product-family information, a written specification and an agreed sample to identify the product you intend to order.
Is a product size name enough for a quote?
Usually not. A roll width does not define roll diameter, core or paper length; a label face size does not define its liner, sensing or winding. Each product page lists the separate fields to provide.
Custom orders & samples.
What can be customised?
The scope depends on the family. Paper dimensions, weight, printing, artwork and packaging can be discussed where applicable. Ribbon selection concerns format and the printer/media match. The OEM page separates the relevant project inputs for all six families.
Are samples free?
Confirm sample scope, fees, freight, timing and any order-credit conditions before arranging a sample. This site does not promise free samples or a fixed delivery schedule.
What should I check on a sample?
Use the actual equipment and intended application. Record the sample reference, settings, checking method, observations and agreed acceptance criteria. The downloadable evaluation checklist provides category-specific review points.
Packing & quotations.
Which quantity unit should I use?
Use the unit you intend to buy: rolls, labels, sheets, complete sets, packs, reams or cartons. State conversions such as sheets per pack and packs per carton, especially when comparing quotations.
How do I compare thermal roll prices?
Align the grade, dimensions, declared length, core and packing first. Convert carton prices to a price per roll, then compare cost per 100 metres if useful. Keep currency, freight and other included costs consistent.
Is there a fixed minimum order or lead time?
Order quantity and timing are confirmed against the selected specification, custom requirements and destination. Include your intended quantity and requested schedule so they can be reviewed together.
Enquiries & your information.
Does “Prepare enquiry” send my information?
No. It creates a purchasing brief for you to review and copy. Open WhatsApp and send it there when you are ready. The website does not currently submit this form to a receiving service.
What is saved on my device?
Only the product brief is kept in browser local storage: product families, dimensions, equipment reference, quantity, unit and product notes. Contact fields are not stored there. Use “Clear brief” to remove the saved requirements.
How can I share a drawing or existing sample photo?
Attach it in your direct conversation with the CXPAPER sales team after opening WhatsApp. This site has no attachment upload and does not automatically send the file.
Request a paper quotation.
Send the product, size or printer model, order quantity and destination. Include any printing or packing requirements.
